Description of service

Song Chords is a free, open source web application that lets you format, transpose, and display song chord sheets. The application runs entirely in your browser.

Usage

• The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
• You are responsible for the content you enter and store in the application.
• You are responsible for complying with copyright laws regarding the lyrics and chords you use.

Third-party services

Use of Google Drive and Ultimate Guitar services is subject to their respective terms of service. Song Chords only facilitates access to these services.

Data

Your data is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data loss due to clearing your browser's cache or localStorage. We recommend using Google Drive sync to back up your songs.

Limitation of liability

The application is a personal project provided free of charge. In no event shall the author be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
